Most asked Candy Questions :) 

1. How much will it cost to ship my order?

We have FLAT RATE SHIPPING (up to 10lbs) for the following provinces:

**POP is EXCLUDED from Flat Rate Shipping. If you wish to order Pop, please call the store 902-454-2277.

$17 - British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Newfoundland

$16 - Ontario& New Brunswick

$15 - Nova Scotia & Prince Edward Island

For the Northern Provinces and the United States, the shipping rate will be calculated based on address and size of package.  We use Canada Post and UPS. 

2. I've placed an order on your website, can I pick my order up at the store? How long will it take?

Yes, absolutely!  You can pick up an order you place on our website with no need of keeping your shopping cart handy when visiting our store. Choose the 'Local Pick-up' option at check-out and we will pick your order for you. Once the order is prepared you will receive a notification via email when it is ready for pick up. Depending on when your order comes in and the availability of the ordered items, your order will be ready for pickup within 24 hours of order. When picking up, please have your order number ready. If your order includes a Gift Box, this may require more time as they are made to order. Our gift boxes are prepared Monday - Friday. 

**If there is an item not available in the order, we will confirm with you first if you wish to substitute or remove the item from the order before pick-up. 

3. I've placed an order for local delivery. When will it be delivered? 

If you place your order before 10am (Monday to Sunday), and all items in the order are available, we will have it out for delivery the very same day. If your order comes in after 10am, then it will be delivered the following day of delivery, Please state in the instructions at check-out a place to leave the package should you not be home. If you item includes a Gift Box, these are made to order and therefor may need more time to prepare and will usually be prepared within a 24 hour time frame Monday to Friday.

4. I'm interested in an item on your site but I need more than what it says you have in stock. Is it possible to get more? 

Yes, absolutely!

We put a limited number of quantity for an item on our website for online orders so we have stock available in-store. So if you are looking for more of an item, there is a good chance that we have it. You can call the store to confirm stock availability 902-454-2277 or reach us by email  sourmesweetconfectionery@outlook.com. If we have more of this item we can adjust the quantity on-line for your purchase or put it on hold for you if you are dropping by.

If you are looking for more of this item than we have in store, we can always look into ordering it in for you as well.  

5. Are you on Skip the Dishes or Uber Eats? 

We sure are! We are available on both these platforms. We offer a wide range of options for home delivery. 

6. I'm looking for a specific item but I don't see it on your site.  Is it possible to get this item in? 

If this item is currently available on the market, we will try our best to find it for you. Reach out to us at the store 902-454-2277 or via email sourmesweetconfectionery@outlook.com. We also may have the item you are looking for in-store but it hasn't been added to our site.
