1. How much will it cost to ship my order?

Cost is based on the size of your package and its weight. It also depends on where it is being shipped.

2. I've placed an order for local delivery. When will it be delivered? 

If you place your order before 10am (Monday to Sunday), and all items in the order are available, we will have it out for delivery the very same day. If your order comes in after 10am, then it will be delivered the following day of delivery, Please state in the instructions at check-out a place to leave the package should you not be home. If you item includes a Gift Box, these are made to order and therefor may need more time to prepare and will usually be prepared within a 24 hour time frame Monday to Friday. 

**If there is an item not available in the order, we will confirm with you first if you wish to substitute or remove the item from the order before delivery. 

3. I'm looking for a specific item but I don't see it on your site.  Is it possible to get this item in? 

If this item is currently available on the market, we will try our best to find it for you. Reach us via email at sourmesweetconfectionery@outlook.com. We also may have the item you are looking for in-store but it hasn't been added to our site.
